There is no minimum order amount.

Please read carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you signify that you have read and agree to our Reship Policy terms. When will I receive a package if something goes wrong?

• If you haven't received your package and we haven't received it back after 40 business days, we will reship your package at no cost, but only once.
• If the reshipped order does not arrive again, we will not offer a third reshipment for free or provide a refund. We only ship orders with customer agreement.
• If your order was seized, please send us the seizure letter via email or Telegram Support. After verification, we will reship your order once for free. All reshipping situations are handled individually, so if you encounter any issues, please contact our support team at [email protected] or via Telegram Support.

Delivery takes 3-7 days for Europe, 7-18 days for the rest of the world. Please be aware that we are unable to provide the precise arrival date at your destination, as it depends on the logistics of various shipping companies.

For retail orders, we use standard shipping. For larger or wholesale orders, we opt for courier shipping.
